Event Cancellation by our Company

In the event that we are forced to cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, inclement weather or other events that make it impossible to hold the event, we will provide refunds or alternative arrangements as follows:

– Notice of Cancellation: We will notify clients of the cancellation as soon as reasonably possible via email, social media or the event website.
– Refund or Alternative Arrangements: Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a full or partial refund or alternative arrangements such as rescheduling the event for a later date.

Event Cancellation by the Client

If a client cancels their attendance or participation in an event, the following policies will apply:

– Non-Refundable Tickets: All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise specified by our company.
– Event Postponement or Rescheduling: If an event is postponed or rescheduled, tickets will be valid for the new date, unless otherwise specified by our company.

Force Majeure

We will not be liable for any losses or damages incurred by clients due to the cancellation or postponement of an event caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

– Natural disasters
– Inclement weather
– War or terrorism
– Government restrictions
– Epidemics or pandemics

By attending an event, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood and agreed to our cancellation policy.
